Fortune Global Forum held in Chengdu – Singapore’s Publicity and Promotional Activities

  1. The promotional activities started with a press conference in Singapore for the joint research report on “New Opportunities in Western China – Overseas (China) Investment Trend by Singapore Companies” by the West China Development Research Center of SASS and the NUS East Asian Institute.

  2. Ingrid coordinated with Channel News Asia to conduct a live interview with both Professor Mao of Beijing Unirule Institute of Economics and Professor Zheng of the NUS East Asian Institute on Chengdu and Western China Growth.

  3. Ingrid also coordinated with CNBC Asia’s Squawk Box to conduct a live interview with Professor Mao on the subject of Chengdu as a core growth pole in Western China.

  • The Singapore Investment Forum on “Win in City of Wealth – Chengdu” served as an opportunity to allow attendees a chance to introduce, share, and discuss matters regarding the potential of Chengdu as an ideal location for business development. The forum received extensive coverage by local and international mainstream media such as Lianhe Zaobao, Straits Times, Business Times, Today Online, Bernama Malaysia, People’s Daily Online, Sohu and many more

    1. Ingrid was appointed by the Chengdu city government to map out the overall strategy and implementation programmes for a series of publicity and promotional activities entitled “Fortune Chengdu” to be carried out in Singapore from December 2012 to April 2013.
    2. Lianhe Zaobao’s report titled “Investments of Singapore enterprises in China will transfer to the west from the east in an accelerating rate” in Dec, 2012.

10th Western China International Economy & Trade Fair – China Europe Cooperation Week 2009

Ingrid helped organised the China-EU Outsourcing Service Industry Cooperation Forum in conjunction with the 10th Western China International Economy & Trade Fair, and also designed and produced the China-EU Cooperation Week guidebook.

9th Western China International Economy & Trade Fair – Chengdu Commercial Real Estate and Urban Economic Development Forum 2008

Ingrid successfully organised the Chengdu Commercial Real Estate and Urban Economic Development Forum in conjunction with the 9th Western China International Economy & Trade Fair in 2008.

Singapore Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park (SSCIP) MOU Signing Ceremony and Publicity 2010

  1. Assisted the Sichuan Bureau of Commerce to create awareness and publicity for the Singapore-Sichuan Innovation Park Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony and Forum in 2010. The SSCIP is the first-ever, iconic integrated urban development project jointly invested by Singapore and Sichuan (China).

Memiontec Business Mission Trip to Yibin, Sichuan 2008

  1. Together with IE Singapore, DTZ and the Yibin City Government, Ingrid organised a business mission trip for Memiontec to explore environmental friendly projects in Yibin.

Sichuan Panzhihua Joint Venture Feasibility Trip on Agricultural Development for Maxwill 2010

  1. Ingrid organised a visit to the sugar plant in Miyi, Panzhihua with the director of Maxwill to search for collaboration opportunities in 2010.

Singapore Medical Care Promotion Seminar with NUH, Raffles Hospital, OCBC and STB for Western China 2010

  1. In 2009, Ingrid Consultancy was appointed by Singapore’s National Healthcare Group (NHG) as the designated partner to develop the China market, which includes creating brand awareness and promoting NHG/NUH medical expertise. In 2010, Ingrid successfully organised " Healthy Wealthy Lifestyle " forums in Western China with specially invited medical experts from NHG.
